- Review the training material thoroughly before contacting any of the prospective customers.
- Help customers to fill in the order form accurately.
- Help customers to give accurate and up to date information to advisors as misleading information.
- Always adhere to the D.T.R.T. (Do The Right Thing) Guidelines of NeXarise.
- Explain to the customer what will happen after they place their order.
DONT'S
- Do not give any advice to customers.
- Do not place an order on behalf of the customer. Orders should always be placed by the customer.
- Do not contact ‘NeX Education’ on behalf of the customer.
- Do not use cold marketing techniques to acquire new customers.
